Cornuchuan Plains - Po-Kaya
Summary
The Prama and Morokhar inhabit the southeastern portion of Mir’s largest landmass south of the Ayalamih Mountains.
Rapid economic growth has made Pramatra a rising power. Resource wealth and a large population have fueled industrialization. During the Great Hadian War with Belogal, Pramatra was able to secure a significantly larger portion of the fertile Cornuchuan Plains than neighboring Ghanidash. The country’s leaders have also expressed a desire to cooperate with Ghanidash and Hin Klia in building new security arrangements designed to offset the influence of Belogal and Mikhailistan across Mir.
Pramatra is ruled by a single party dictatorship that has gained some popular legitimacy during decades of economic growth. Despite allowing many personal liberties and cultivating positive ties with its Morokhar ethnic minority, the ruling party has steadfastly opposed expanding democracy at home or abroad. With the growing demands of the Morokhar in Hin Klia for democratization, this has complicated the Prama government’s relationship with Hin Klia’s ruling oligarchy.
Pramatra is promoting high-tech industries and wants to compete with Mikhailistan in this area. It is slowly embracing renewable energies
